Application Tracking System
A Hire o saurus makes finding and hiring talent a breeze. It handles everything from getting resumes to making offers, so the whole process is smooth and stress-free for everyone involved.
In a busy office, the HR team had trouble. They used many apps to hire people, and things got messy. The HR bosses knew they needed to change, so they got one good system to make things better.
Amidst this challenge, I stepped into the narrative as the product designer to create a new ATS system from scratch.

With a clear understanding, I set out to create an Information Architecture.
The aim is to keep interactions as simple as possible with a clean and highly interactive experience.
Design, Test & Iterate
Our aim was to simplify every aspect of the user journey, making sure that interacting with the app is seamless. To accomplish this, we crafted a minimalist user interface and integrated multiple intuitive features, empowering users to accomplish their goals swiftly.
And here designs are continuously refined based on user feedback and testing results. This iterative approach helps ensure that the final product meets user needs and delivers an optimal user experience.
At the conclusion of the project, the final design was presented to both the team and end users for analysis of their reaction and the overall user experience. And the Hr's expressed their happiness, also they appreciated the team.
Being Flexible:Early big challenges taught me the importance of adaptability and a flexible mindset in tackling complex design projects.
Communication Skills: Collaborating & Working with different teams in HR helped me become a better communicator, which is important in design.
Collaboration and Communication: Effective collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and other team members is crucial for the success of a design project.
Clear communication, feedback exchange, and teamwork facilitate the implementation of design solutions and ensure alignment with project goals.
Continuous Learning: To bridge the technical knowledge gap, I invested time in self-learning to grasp the fundamental principles of ATS design. I also sought guidance from experienced colleagues.
